Those who would like recurring catered events, please place your order for each of the days.
Upon event completion we will input the details of your order and you will receive an invoice, attached will be a payment form for you to send back.

Southern Foodservice Management is pleased to present our catering menu. We offer a delicious array of food and beverage selections designed to meet a variety of food and service needs, ranging from events as simple as coffee breaks to elegant served receptions, luncheons and dinners. Although our menu describes a variety of items, you are not limited to what is listed. Our On-Site Management Team will work with you to tailor and personalize any event to your specific event needs. We provide a variety of catered services such as birthdays, retirements, receptions, anniversaries, and holiday celebrations.
Planning and Ordering Information
Payment Arrangements:
All events are paid for with credit card If you are a first time user or your card is not on file, please contact the catering manager.
Events without valid payment information on file will be placed on hold.
Room and Meeting Space Arrangements through the appropriate department within your company.

Ordering Procedures:
We request that catering requests be made a minimum one week hours in advance. Catering orders placed one week in advance will allow us to plan for and provide the best quality of service. We will always work with you to find solutions to your last minute needs.
Guarantee Policy:
To professionally prepare for each event, we request that you guarantee the number of guests attending your event at least 36 hours in advance. Any changes must be made 36 hours prior to the event. If no changes are confirmed, service will be provided and billed for the original number of guests.
If you place an order inside of 36 hours prior to your event, you must contact the catering manager at 919.886.0741. You may need to be flexible on menu items and event times.
Cancelations:
We know that at times you may need to cancel an event with short notice. Due to our advanced preparation, complete cancelations within two days ( 48 hours) will not incur any charges. Cancelations within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total, and less than 24 hours will incur the full cost.
For events during non-normal business hours a service charge will apply equal to a served event.
Served Functions Hour Charge.
For plated meal service, wait staff will be provided one wait person per 10-12 guests to insure proper servicelevels. Attended buffet services will be provided at one wait person for every 25 guests. Wait staff can be provided at a cost of $20.00 per hour, with a minimum two hours.
Useful Tips for calculating your catering needs:
Coffee: One gallon Coffee provides approximately (16 ) 8oz. cups
Pastry: Generally, One and one-half servings per person will be adequate.
Hors d'Oeuvres: A reasonable "rule" says five choices of appetizers, with three or four appetizers per person or a choice of five desserts with two servings per person.
